Hello everyone. In my video yesterday, there was a comment in Japanese that stated how a subscriber decided to unsubscribe to my channel due to me uploading a video related to BTS(comment deleted by user). I am not sure if you know, but Japan and Korea has a complicated relationship. However, as someone who was born in a multicultural background, I decided to live my life respecting every culture without any bias or hate. I know I cannot please everyone and every opinion is valid. As a Filipino, I’ve had enough experiences being bullied in my life just because I am a “foreigner” and that because the Philippines was not as powerful as the other countries in our history. But did the person who did the bullying even bothered thinking about how I felt that time? I guess not. This proves that everyone is not aware of their actions and does not always consider the other persons feelings. I’ve also experienced the difference between how schools have different approach in teaching students history , hence why I understand the reason behind conflicts within countries. However, despite the fact of receiving hateful words as a child just because of my nationality’s inferior history, I have never felt hate towards Japan or the Japanese. In fact, I love Japan. I love Korea and I love all countries equally. If you think that I am disrespecting a culture just because of my pure feeling towards loving a certain music or musician, then please feel free to unsubscribe. I love Korean music but that does not mean I have no respect towards Japan. I love anime and manga but that does not mean I do not respect other countries. It does not even make sense. This is my opinion and I hope you understand. Thank you and good night. 皆さんこんにちは。 昨日の動画では、BTS関連の動画を前に投稿したことでチャンネル登録の解除をしたというコメントを頂きました(ユーザーに削除されました)。　 私は日本と韓国の複雑な関係については自覚しております。しかし、私は多文化に囲まれながら生まれ育ったため、どの国に対しても偏見や嫌な気持ちを持たずにそれぞれを尊敬するという決断を強く持って生きてます。 純粋な気持ちで、ある音楽やミュージシャンを憧れてるからといってある文化を否定したり尊敬してないと思わせたのであれば、このままチャンネル登録の解除をしていただいても構いません。　 私はフィリピン人だからと言って昔から今でも”外人”と呼ばれ、そして歴史では弱い立場にあったため、様々ないじめや差別を日本でも経験してきました。しかし、私をいじめた人たちは私の気持ちを考えたことはあると思いますか？わたしにはそう思いません。これによって人は自分の行動に対し自覚できてない部分もあるのがわかりますし、いちいち周りの人の気持ちなんて考えてあげられません。 私はフィリピンと日本の学校で歴史や現代社会の教育を受けて、学んだものの違いを実感してるからこそなぜ国それぞれが他国に対して理解が困難なのかわかってます。そして、日本の教育を経験し、なぜ差別されてきたのかも分かってます。だから辛い思いをしたとしても、日本・日本人を嫌いになったことがありません。むしろ、大好きです。全ての国を平等に大好きです。 正直そういう国の間での争いによってネガティブな言葉や意見をもう頂きたくないです。経験してるからこそ言ってます。 私は韓国の曲・ドラマが好きだからと言って日本を否定してるわけではありませんし、日本のアニメと漫画が大好きだからって他国に対して尊敬の気持ちがないというのはありません。むしろ、その考え方の理解が私にはできません。 日本語で気持ちを説明するのが難しいので、もし文章がわかりにくかったり、勘違いをさせる発言があれば、申し訳ございません。 そして、こういう意見もあるってご理解頂ければとおもいます。ありがとうございます。
