リクエスト第7弾！！ 今日は煮込みハンバーグを作りました！ タネには豚肉と鶏肉のひき肉を半々で混ぜてあるので、脂の甘さがありながら比較的ヘルシーに仕上げました！ ソースには野菜ジュースを使ってるのですが、簡単に野菜の旨みを足すことができるのでオススメです😊 汁物はハンバーグに合うように、(人参、椎茸、玉ねぎ)を使った野菜スープにしました。 味付けはシンプルに塩胡椒、ごま油にして野菜の旨みを味わえるようにしました☺️ 全部満足のいく味に仕上がって、とても美味しかったです！！ リクエストをくれた 「そこら辺に捨てられたコロくん」 さん ありがとうございました！！ ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ The 7th request! !! I use vegetable juice as the sauce, but I recommend it because you can easily add the flavor of vegetables 😊 The soup was a vegetable soup using (carrots, shiitake mushrooms, onions) to match the hamburger steak. The seasoning is simply salt and pepper and sesame oil so that you can enjoy the taste of vegetables ☺️ Everything was finished in a satisfying taste and it was very delicious! !!
