氷柱を削ってハイボールを作ります。 本日のウイスキーは、「サントリー碧」。 世界5大ウイスキー（スコットランド・アイルランド・アメリカ・カナダ・日本の5ヶ国で作られるウイスキー）をブレンドしたプレミアムウイスキーです。 削った氷はグラスを冷やすのに使用します。 また、キンキンに冷えた氷のままだと、 ウイスキーを注いだ時の温度変化で氷が溶けてしまい、全体が水っぽくなります。 削った後に扇子で仰いで、氷の温度を上げて、ウイスキーを注いだ時の温度変化をできるだけ少なくしています。 氷柱ハイボール、オススメです。 Make a highball by carving icicles.
