Normally, you would mix garlic chives and eggs to make it, but after frying the pork and chives first, I cooked the tamagoyaki in a pan with a delicious flavor and put it on top.😁 The chives taste better when the texture is left intact, so I recommend adding them after the pork is 80% cooked.
