Hello Everybody! How was your day? In today’s video, I will be giving you a face massage and also shoulder massages. I also tried layered sounds in the background to experiment with. I read somewhere that some people have trouble sleeping due to overthinking and that busy sounds, where many sounds happen at the same time competes with that and helps with relaxation.
