It is a natural sound that incorporates the sound of waves to calm your mind.
Natural water sounds are said to have the effect of relaxing brain waves by converting brain waves into alpha waves.
By relaxing the brain, there is a healing effect of stress and anxiety alleviation before going to sleep, and you can improve your concentration when studying and working.
In addition, the phenomenon of "1 / f fluctuation", which is said to give comfort and healing effects to natural sounds, is often seen.
Many celebrities are said to have 1 / f fluctuating voices.
If you can not sleep at night, use it as healing music that invites you to sleep naturally, and if you can not concentrate, use it as work BGM.
The sound of waves is kind to your ears, but be careful with the volume.
