  3. Where particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent
  4. Where it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or a party entrusted by either in executing affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual's consent would impede the execution of those affairs

Where a provider of an external service used by the Service, such as access analysis, advertising, video distribution, affiliate programs, or hosting, is located outside Japan, information about Users may be stored on servers outside Japan or sent to an overseas operator.

  • Appropriate updates of software and servers

  • Taking backups

Article 13 (Retention Period of Information)

The Operator retains information it obtains only for the period necessary to achieve its purpose of use or for the period required by law.

For information that is no longer necessary to retain, the Operator will endeavor to delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
